New Member Information – Summer 2026

Initiation and member fees are due prior to induction – $250.00 (initiation fees) plus $150.00 (1/2-year membership fee), total amount due $400.00. Nominees must attend the July 10, 2026, meeting to be inducted as an Ohio Commodore member. Forms must be completed and returned with listed sponsors by May 15, 2026. Incomplete applications and those received after May 15, 2026, will be added to the Winter 2026 Meeting.
