Eligible Ohio taxpayers may qualify for a nonrefundable Ohio income-tax credit of up to $750 per individual or $1,500 for married couples filing jointly.
Ohio Commodores Scholarship Fund
The Ohio Commodores Scholarship Fund is a nonprofit organization certified by the Ohio Attorney General as a Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO).
The Fund supports educational opportunities for primary and secondary students across Ohio, with priority given to students demonstrating the greatest financial need.
How the Ohio Scholarship Tax Credit Works
Ohio taxpayers who make eligible contributions to a certified Scholarship Granting Organization may qualify for a dollar-for-dollar credit against their Ohio income-tax liability.
